Privacy Policy
How we handle information submitted through LTWEIZZY B2B inquiries.
1. Who we are
LTWEIZZY supplies smart locks and OEM/ODM programs to importers, wholesalers, distributors and brand buyers. The legal entity name and registered business address are still to be confirmed for this policy. Until then, please contact us using the email address below.
2. Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide: name, business email, company, country or market, message, and any optional partnership model, product interest, estimated order quantity or WhatsApp/phone number.
We also record the inquiry ID, submission time, the page you submitted from, and UTM source, medium and campaign parameters if they are present in the page URL. If you submit from a product detail page, the product model is included with the inquiry.
Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals and set necessary challenge data to distinguish people from automated submissions. We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or advertising cookies.
3. How we use inquiry information
- To respond to your inquiry and understand your product or project requirements.
- To follow up about samples, quotations, OEM/ODM work and commercial next steps.
- To maintain business records and improve our response to similar B2B requests.
- To protect the inquiry form against spam, abuse and automated submissions.
We do not sell inquiry information. We do not use it for consumer advertising or automated profiling.
4. Service providers
We use Cloudflare for website hosting, serverless inquiry processing, database storage and Turnstile verification. We use Resend to deliver inquiry notification emails to our business mailbox. Our business email and domain DNS are provided through Alibaba Cloud. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us, subject to their own terms and safeguards.
5. Retention
We keep inquiry records only for as long as needed to respond, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. A specific retention period is to be confirmed before launch. Deletion requests can be sent to the contact address below.
6. Legal entity and international processing
The legal entity responsible for the website and the applicable registered address are to be confirmed. Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Before launch, this section should be reviewed for any required transfer, representative or jurisdiction-specific disclosures.
7. Your choices
You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the inquiry information you submitted, subject to applicable law and our need to retain business records. You can also ask us to stop using your details for follow-up.
8. Security
We use server-side validation, Cloudflare Turnstile, access-controlled cloud services and limited administrative access to protect inquiry information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the inquiry process, service providers or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made.
